Summer Fair

Many thanks to all who helped with or came to the Summer Fair on 13th June.

We had over 30 stalls in total with a fantastic collection of handmade craftwork on display. We had paintings on show by numerous local artists. We had plant stalls that did exceptionally well. We also had music performed by several local artists inluding the wonderfully talented Daisy Vaughan, catch her at the Halesworth Gig In The Park. Two local energy companies were generous enough to give up their Sunday in order to provide information to the community about what we can do in our own homes, and our very own Simon Weeks did a great job manning the CEA information stall.

We are extremely grateful to the Cookpole Community for helping out with the cafe where we sold a great selection of drinks, savoury items and homemade cakes, plus locally made ice cream.

We raised an excellent £727 and are now looking into the possibility of putting on a Winter Fair so watch this space.
